Ryan Searson has joined the Jones & Keller as an Associate.
Jones & Keller, P.C. is pleased to announce that Ryan Searson has joined the firm’s Denver office, focusing his practice on complex commercial litigation and securities matters — representing clients in commercial disputes and advising securities and financial professionals through regulatory inquiries and investigations.
Ryan brings a strong mix of courtroom and regulatory experience. Before joining the firm, he clerked for the Honorable Christopher Zenisek and the Honorable Philip McNulty of the Colorado First Judicial District, serving as lead law clerk on the civil litigation arising from the Marshall Fire — Colorado’s most destructive wildfire — involving more than 4,000 plaintiffs. Earlier, as a financial regulatory analyst at two AmLaw 100 firms, he helped clients respond to DOJ, SEC, FINRA, and exchange inquiries and conducted internal investigations into insider trading and market manipulation.
Ryan is a graduate of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law with Order of the Coif honors, where he served as an editor of the Denver Law Review and the Sports & Entertainment Law Journal.
