Jones & Keller announces the addition of Alan Talesnick to the firm. Alan adds to the firm’s securities, corporate and transaction practices. He counsels clients on securities law matters, including private and public offerings, public disclosure, SEC reporting and compliance, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.
Alan represents clients in joint ventures, mutual collaboration, and other business agreements and transactions. He works closely with and provides ongoing legal advice to company management and boards of directors.
