Ryan Behrman

Ryan Behrman focuses his practice on commercial lending and real estate finance. Ryan counsels financial institutions, owners, developers and investors in sophisticated commercial transactions, including representing both lenders and borrowers in a wide variety of commercial lending transactions and representing owners and developers in the acquisition, development, financing and disposition of commercial real estate projects. Ryan also represents financial institutions, bank holding companies and private businesses in corporate reorganizations, including stock and asset purchases, mergers and acquisitions, and exchange offers.

Representative Experience

• Represents national, regional and community banks in a broad range of commercial lending transactions, including term financing, construction financing, commercial and industrial financing, charter school bond refinancing, capital lease financing, loan restructurings and workouts.
• Represents real estate owners and developers in connection with acquisition, disposition, loan financings, and limited liability company and joint venture transactions.
• Represents private business clients in connection with choice of entity and related formation and organizational matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and joint venture structuring.
• Represents buyers and sellers in stock and asset purchases and mergers and acquisitions.
