Investigative Reporter Teri Buhl authored an uncommonly detailed article for the Cannabis Law Report on MTN Botanicals lawsuit against the Colorado hemp clone farm, National Hemp Exchange (NHE). Nicole Westbrook at Jones & Keller is representing MTN Botanicals in the complaint, which accuses NHE of civil theft and conspiracy in a scheme to defraud MTN Botanicals.
