Ms. Dreyer’s practice centers on complex employment disputes, including matters involving trade secrets, restrictive covenants, and employee mobility. She also brings extensive experience in traditional labor and employment issues, such as claims of discrimination, harassment, wage and hour violations, and retaliation. With a practice spanning jurisdictions across the United States, she regularly litigates, arbitrates, and counsels clients on high-stakes employment matters.
Drawing on her background as a seasoned litigator, Ms. Dreyer provides pragmatic guidance to companies navigating sensitive workplace challenges. Ms. Dreyer is a trusted advisor to corporate leadership, guiding companies through employment-related due diligence in mergers and acquisitions, immigration audits, and compliance strategy. Her clients value her ability to synthesize complex requirements into pragmatic, business-minded solutions that protect both their workforce and their bottom line. She is a frequent speaker and author on cutting-edge employment issues and serves on the Executive Committee of the Texas Law Alumni Association and the Board of Trustees of the Colorado Symphony.
Ms. Dreyer earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas–Pan American and her Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law.
