Jones & Keller is pleased to announce the addition of Bill Eikenberry to the firm. Bill’s practice focuses on construction defect and real estate litigation, and commercial collection, including litigating and resolving disputes in court, arbitration and mediation. He counsel’s clients in and litigates all types of construction and design defect cases, including representation of both residential homeowners, homeowner’s associations and subcontractors.
Bill also represents contractors and homeowners in construction project payment disputes. Both buyers and sellers make up his client base in real estate litigation, which spans residential and commercial property disclosure disputes and related claims against real estate agents.
A long-time resident of Denver, Bill’s passion and work ethic keep parties focused on legal matters and lines of communication open, a key to successful negotiations. “Bill takes an astute yet up-front approach with clients about the matter at hand, and the risks associated with each case,” Charles Wern, president of Jones & Keller, says. “Clients appreciate his straightforward, winning approach to litigation.”
