As we approach the November elections and the end of the year, business owners should be revisiting their plans to take advantage of current income and estate tax laws and to be prepared for what may be ahead in November – potential corporate and individual tax rate changes, there are a number of tax planning strategies to consider as part of a business owners short-term and longer-term wealth planning.
